How Delivery Works

• Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same business day
• Orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched the next business day
• Business days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday & public holidays excluded)
• You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking number once dispatched

We partner with trusted Bangladeshi courier companies including Pathao, Paperfly, and Sundarban Courier for reliable and timely delivery.

Important Notes

• Please provide your correct address and active phone number at checkout
• Delivery person will call before delivery — please be available
• If delivery fails twice due to unavailability, the parcel may be returned and re-shipping costs apply
• We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or events outside our control

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Bangladesh. Simply select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout and pay the delivery person when you receive your parcel. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier website.
