3. Pricing & Payment

• All product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Delivery charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and inform affected customers before processing their orders.
• Available payment methods will be displayed or communicated during checkout.
• Promotional prices and discounts are applicable only during the specified offer period.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

• Customers must provide accurate names, contact numbers, delivery addresses, and other necessary order details.
• Placing an order does not automatically guarantee product availability.
• Orders are subject to verification, confirmation, and stock availability.
• We may contact customers to verify their orders before dispatch.
• If an ordered product becomes unavailable, customers will be informed and offered an appropriate resolution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our standard delivery charges are:

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 100
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 150

In-stock products are generally delivered within 2–6 days, depending on location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Special promotional delivery charges may apply during selected campaigns.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are requested to inspect their products carefully in the presence of the delivery person.

Please verify the size, color, design, quality, and condition of the products before accepting delivery.

• If a customer refuses delivery due to personal preference, the applicable delivery charge must be paid.
• If an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is delivered, the customer may return it immediately without paying the delivery charge.
• Standard return and exchange requests should be raised before the delivery person leaves.
• Requests made after delivery will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Order Cancellation

• Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may be subject to applicable delivery charges.
• Mimis Lifestyle may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect order information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other valid operational reasons.
• Any advance payment for an order cancelled by us will be refunded through an appropriate payment method within the applicable timeframe.

8. Offers & Promotions

• Discounts, promotional campaigns, and special delivery offers are valid only during their announced periods.
• Promotional offers may be subject to product availability and campaign-specific conditions.
• Unless otherwise stated, multiple promotional offers cannot be combined.
• Mimis Lifestyle reserves the right to correct promotional errors or modify future offers, subject to applicable laws and confirmed customer rights.
